This week for Book Series Wednesday I’m continuing with The Tamuli series. It’s The Shining Ones by David Eddings! Spoilers for previous books after the jump.
Plot Synopsis: The Shining Ones continues the adventures of the series. Having seen the beginning of the threats in the Tamuli Empire, Sparhawk and his friends launch a campaign to purge the majority of the offenders
Plot: The plot in this book is much better than the first in The Tamuli, and I truly enjoyed it quite a bit.
Characters: Sarabian is easily my favorite newest character, as he didn’t get much of a presence in Domes of Fire. The rest of the cast is still great though.
Overall: Much better than Domes of Fire, this takes the series back onto course. Well worth reading.
